Fill in the registration card
Makers of durable baby gear, including cribs, high chairs, bath seats, gates, play yards, strollers, walkers, swings, bassinets and carriers, must offer product registration. The point is to reach owners when there's a recall or safety alert.

Baby Sesame Street Elmo Silicone Teethers (Skip Hop)
The hazard
The black eyes can come off the teether if it's frozen, which is a choking hazard.
What to do
Stop using the teether, take it away from children and contact Skip Hop at skiphoprecall.com for a refund in the form of a gift card.

Kmaier Infant Walkers
The hazard
The walkers violate the federal walker standard because they fit through a standard doorway and don't stop at the edge of a step, a deadly fall hazard.
What to do
Stop using the walkers and contact Kmaier for a full refund. Owners are asked to destroy the walker and send a photo.

Britax B-Safe Gen 2, B-Safe Gen 2 Flexfit, B-Safe Gen 2 Flexfit Plus, B-Safe 35, B-Safe Ultra and Endeavours child seats
The hazard
A screw in the carrying handle can come loose so the handle partly detaches, and a child could fall.
What to do
A remedy is still being developed. Britax expects to mail owner letters by October 19, 2026. Owners can call Britax at 888-427-4829.

AMASKY Nursing Pillows
The hazard
The pillows, advertised for feeding and tummy time, violate the federal nursing pillow and infant support cushion standards and can obstruct a baby's breathing, a suffocation risk.
What to do
Stop using the pillows and contact Pretty-Life for a full refund. Owners are asked to cut the pillow in half and send a photo.

Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapters for Joolz Aer 2 Stroller
The hazard
The adapters can fail to attach properly to the stroller, so the car seat can fall.
What to do
Stop using the adapters, detach them from the stroller and register at joolzcarseatadapter.expertinquiry.com for a full refund. Return them with the prepaid label.

Graco SnugRide Turn & Slide infant child seats and Modes Nest Travel Systems with SnugRide Turn & Slide
The hazard
The infant seat carrier can detach from its base in a crash, so the seats don't meet federal child restraint standard FMVSS 213.
What to do
Graco will replace the seat at no charge. Until the replacement arrives, install the seat with the vehicle seat belt, without the base. Owners can call Graco at 1-800-345-4109.

Trankerloop Baby Bath Seats
The hazard
The bath seats violate the federal infant bath seat standard because they're unstable and can tip over during use, a drowning risk.
What to do
Stop using the bath seats and contact Trankerloop for a full refund. Owners are asked to mark and disassemble the seat and email a photo.

SARO Braided Crib Bumpers (The Kalencom Corporation)
The hazard
These padded crib bumpers violate the federal crib bumper ban because they can obstruct a baby's breathing, a suffocation risk.
What to do
Stop using the bumpers and get a full refund, either by returning them to MacroBaby in Orlando or by emailing Kalencom a photo of the bumper cut in half.

BabyBond Retractable Safety Gates (Infant Innovations)
The hazard
The gates violate the federal gate standard because a child's torso can fit through the gap between the gate and the floor, an entrapment risk.
What to do
Stop using the gates and contact Infant Innovations for instructions to return them to any Target store for a full refund.

Giraffe highchairs (Bugaboo North America)
The hazard
The chair's legs can detach from the frame if the leg screws weren't tightened properly during assembly, a fall hazard.
What to do
Stop using the high chairs and contact Bugaboo for a free repair kit with an Allen key and new screws.
